Weekdays: Morning 6:00am-6:30am, Mid-day 1:00pm-2:00pm, Evening 4:30pm-7:30pm. Weekends: Morning 5:30am-6:30am, Mid-day 1:00pm-2:00pm, Evening 4:00pm-7:30pm.

For emergencies and ambulance services call 0733 888 579 or 057-2020801. Our Accident & Emergency department operates 24/7.
No. Emergency care is provided first and billing is done afterwards. No patient is turned away in an emergency.
billing
We accept SHA (Social Health Authority), NHIF and a wide range of private medical insurance providers including AAR, Jubilee, Britam, CIC, Madison, Liaison, GA Insurance, Old Mutual and more.
Bills can be paid through mobile money (M-Pesa, Airtel Money), bank transfer, or at our cash office. For SHA-covered services, billing is handled through the SHA portal.
outpatient
Outpatient clinics operate Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm, with some Saturday clinics. Bring your referral letter and patient registration card if available.
inpatient
Bring your national ID, referral letter, insurance/SHA card, and personal essentials. The admissions office will guide you through the process.
visiting
Yes, secure parking is available within the hospital grounds. Parking fees apply as per the hospital tariff.
telemedicine
Yes. JOOTRH is rolling out telemedicine services for virtual consultations. Use the appointment booking form and select "Telemedicine" as the service type.
