The Kondele Primary Care Facility is a planned JOOTRH-affiliated primary care centre in the Kondele area of Kisumu Central Sub-County. The facility is designed to provide accessible primary healthcare services to the community, allowing JOOTRH's main campus to focus on specialised and referral services.
Once operational, the centre will deliver routine outpatient care, maternal and child health services, pharmacy and community health programmes close to where residents live and work — easing pressure on the main referral hospital while extending quality care across Kisumu City.
